Her major tips include lifting, even if you don't lift heavy. She also asks people to target specific areas in their bodies.
Banishing excuses and giving yourself a break is another useful tip she has provided. She mentioned,
“I try to take the pressure off myself and just have fun,”
“It’s sometimes hard to do that, though, because I’m pretty competitive and hard on myself. I guess it’s just finding that balance between striving hard and enjoying it along the way.”
