Two-time Emmy laureate Bill Wixey's journalistic career spans over two and a half decades. A multi-faceted media personality, he also dons titles of an anchor, reporter, producer, and writer.
The Seattle-based broadcast journo is the co-anchor of the KPCQ's Q13 Fox News This Morning - a top-rated, four-hour-long morning show. He joined the network in May 2003.
Reporting for Q13 Fox News, Bill covered three different Olympic Games as well as the 2005 Tusmani in South Asia. His coverage of the earthquake in Haiti also gained traction.

The Seattle-based news anchor shares two children - Will and Gigi - with his wife, Catherine. The duo got married in 1996. Through thick & thin, they stuck by each other's side.
Now, way past their teenage years, Bill and his wife, Catherine's children are pursuing a college degree.
Family & Cancer
Bill is the only son of Karen Lee and Elza Wixey. He was 11 when his biological parents divorced. Five years later, his mother Karen married his step-dad, Larry Hawkes.
In 2009, a family tragedy struck. Larry died of cancer. Nine years later, the Q13 Fox personality lost his mom to small-cell cancer. In the wake of the news, he penned a heartwarming obituary via Facebook.
