While he was acting as a fill-in for a sick painter in a Texas paint convention, a producer happened to be in the audience, who noticed Frank’s wit. Next thing the reality star knew, he got signed to TLC’s show, Trading Spaces.
Frank starred from the very first episode of the show in 2000 until the show’s end in 2008. People loved him for his wit and his life lessons. His line “work in progress” got special love from the audiences. Post the show’s end, Frank became busy in nurturing his art company, Mosey ‘n Me.
Fans don't have to worry about his dead or alive status. The alive and kicking star’s run on national television is far from over. In 2018, TLC rebooted the much-loved show, Trading Spaces and retained him. He is also the part of season two of the rebooted program.

Although inclined towards art, the American guy didn’t choose his career in the creative field right away. He got a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in education and started teaching at school. While teaching at a secondary school, the reality star managed to get a Master of Fine Arts degree.

After eight years long career in teaching, Frank quit his job and became a florist. The second career move turned out to be the best idea for him.
Well, the reality star began focusing on his artistic calling and started creating and selling art in various galleries in the US. In 1989, he started his art company, Mosey ‘n Me, along with his wife, Judy.

Frank got married to the love of his life, Judy Lynn Neal on 29 May 1988.
Generally, a legal union brings two people together. But, in the Trading Spaces’ star’s case, three people became a family; as the marriage made Frank, the stepfather of Judy’s 12-year-old son, Matthew.

The happiness doubled when Frank and his wife welcomed a daughter named, Melissa. Sadly, the joy was shortlived as she died in a tragic vehicle accident at age three. The loss didn’t break Frank and wife’s relationship, instead brought them together.

Gradually, Frank and his wife moved on from the loss and concentrated on their son, Matthew. The pair's son gave them the greatest gift in the form of a grandson named Mason in 2008.
