Former swimsuit model, Hannah and her husband Derek Jeter welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Story Grey Jeter, in late January 2019. A Twitter profile going by the name The Players' Tribune announced the news of Hannah's childbirth on 30 January.

The arrival of Story in the family added further joy and a sibling to the pair's first child, one-and-a-half-year-old Bella Raine Jeter.

The news of Hannah's second pregnancy surfaced in September 2018 when the pregnant Hannah was spotted flaunting a baby bump with her husband in New York.

The bliss first entered in Hannah's life in July 2016: the day she tied the wedding knots with her boyfriend, Derek via an intimate ceremony held at the Meadowood Napa Valley Resort located in St. Helena, California.
