Jana Duggar Dating Close Family Friend?
In April 2017, Jana Duggar was linked with her close family friend, Lawson Bates, and the rumor of their dating affair spread like wildfire. Addressing the rumor, Lawson’s mother, Kelly Jo Gates provided a statement which said,
“I think that probably Lawson and Jana would both be shocked by that news, although we have heard that rumor, they are very good friends, [but] no courtships that either of our families are aware of.”
The timing of the dating rumor of Jana and Lawson was perfect, as, on April 2017, Lawson posted a picture via Instagram with his group of friends including Jana's twin brother Jhon-David, where Lawson's group of friends were fawning over Lawson's ring on his ring finger.

However, Jana has not come forward to comment on her rumored dating affair with "Bringing Up Bates" star Lawson Bates.
Jana Duggar And Her Past Dating Affairs
The eldest daughter of Duggar family, Jana Duggar (age 28) was previously linked with NFL star Tim Tebow in 2014 which was later reported to be just a rumor. Moreover, Jana was said to be dating beyond the camera with ‘Bringing Up Bates” star Zach Bates in 2015. However, a source clarified the rumor with a statement that said,
“Jana just wasn’t interested. She wasn’t attracted to him and just didn’t see it working out.”
In November 2016 Jana spilled out her thoughts on courtship and expressed her views. Further, when asked about her life in next five years, she replied that she has not given up her hopes of getting the man of her dreams and one day having a married life with a husband.
“I don’t know what the next five years will look like. In some ways you’ve got hopes and dreams. Maybe I’ll meet the one and get married and have kids and stuff,”
Jana did have interested suitors, but she was not interested in them. Also, Jana revealed that different guys approached her, but she felt that they weren’t the right one and clarified that she would not marry until she gets the right one.
“There have been different guys come along and ask, but they haven’t been the right one. It’s just one of those things. I’m not just out to get married to the first one who comes along.”
On the occasion of Valentines’ Day, Duggar Family official posted a picture via Facebook fan page on 15th February 2017, where Jana was spotted arranging red roses on a vase smiling happily, and on closer observation, it was noted that she is reading a card concealed within the arrangement.
This led to a conjecture that now Jana isn’t alone anymore as the man whom she was waiting for a long time has arrived.
The Facebook post somewhat suggested Jana's romantic inclination and all the fans of Jana wished her speculated courtship to be a truth, but Jana is not engaged and does not have a boyfriend yet to make an announcement.
The photo compelled to think that Jana's long-awaited dream of engagement with the right guy followed by a wedding and a blissful married life with a husband and children will soon come true, but it seems that the fulfillment of her dream will take more time.
