Miss Mulatto, with the real name Alyssa Michelle Stephens, is an Ohio, United States native who was born on December 22, 1998. Born with biracial identity to a black father and white mother, Alyssa Michelle Stephens, later went to be known by her stage name, Miss Mulatto.

The winner of the show, Mulatto, landed further opportunity to work with the producer of the show, Jermaine Dupri and signed a contract with his So So Def Recordings. She eventually released her single “No More Talking.” The show producer, Jermaine Dupri’s taking Mulatto under his wing turned into a significant move for Mulatto's career.
