Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos speech got called off when a violent riot spread at the University of California, Berkeley. The University was flamed while the campus police got pelted with stone by 150 masked agitators who forcefully entered the college premises. The University called the event off through the social networking site around 6 pm when the non-violent protest took a violent turn.

The University spokesperson to Nbcnews.com  said:

"The violence got instigated by a group of about 150 masked agitators who came onto campus and interrupted an otherwise non-violent protest," UC Berkeley said in a statement. Some people got attacked, and police treated six people for injuries.”

They said:

“We regret that the threats and unlawful actions of a few have interfered with the exercise of First Amendment rights on a campus that is proud of its history and legacy as the home of the Free Speech Movement."

While Milo pointed about the demise of the free speech at UC Berkeley.

On the other hand, the California Mayor Gavin Newsom gave his appalling statement towards the threat presented by President Trump.
