He studied at Onondaga Central Junior-Senior High School and graduated in May 1991 and went to the Park School of Communications at Ithaca College located in Ithaca, New York. He has graduated magna cum laude with Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Park school of communications at Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York. In addition to English, he speaks fluent Arabic and Spanish.
