DUI has become a tradition these days!
In a recent turn of events, ‘Sonny With a Chance’ actor Brandon Mychal Smith has been arrested for Driving Under Influence charges at Burbank, California on July 23, 2017.
All of these happened when he was found to be twice over the allowed limit of alcohol in LA.

A PIO stated,
“This stop led to a DUI investigation, which included several field sobriety tests,”
“At the conclusion of the investigation, police officers determined that Mr. Smith was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.”
So there were no drugs involved!
Brandon was driving his Rolls-Royce in Burbank when he overshot the crosswalk at a red light. Brandon reportedly slipped it into a switch, yet cops were viewing from the opposite side of the crossing point.
Cops pulled him over and doubted that he was Impaired. Brandon also reportedly blew a BAC no less than twice the legal limit. He was taken under arrest for DUI. It merits specifying ... this was at 7:10 AM.
Brandon was then jailed for several hours before the star was released, but he is set to appear in court on 17th of August.
No major statements from the Brandon have come forth, so let us see if the star addresses this somewhat shame to his fame.
Brandon kick started his acting career aged only eight and has a string of Disney series under his belt, including shows like "Sonny With a Chance," which he has seen alongside Demi Lovato.
