The denial of David Foster dating actress/singer, Katherine McPhee now seems to take a new turn, as his marital relationship with his former wife, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Yolanda Hadid is officially over.
The legendary producer/composer David is a single man once again with an agreement on spousal support and property with his reality star wife, putting an end to his four-year-long marriage.
According to ET, the divorce of the former couple got finalized in court on October 16. The obtained court documents said:
"Spousal support, property and attorney's fees were agreed upon in a confidential stipulated judgment."
The duo previously announced their split in December 2015 after four years of marriage and nine years of togetherness. Speaking to People then, they jointly uttered:
"We've shared 9 beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."

The RHOBH alum Yolanda later filed for a divorce from David a month later in January last year, and even spoke about her then relationship, including her battle with Lyme disease.
Well, since the divorce of the former couple is now finalized, the two are supposed to move on with new partners. The official split indeed comes at a right time for David, as he has been linked with Katherine since this spring.
David, 67, has been reportedly dating Katherine, 33, as they get spotted together now and again. As of recent encounter, the two were spotted on Sunday night in Brentwood.

Regarding the recent divorce of David, it is not the first for either star who got married in a fairytale wedding on November 11, 2011.
Yolanda previously tied a knot with Mohamed Hadid from 1994 to 2000, with whom she shared three children: Gigi, 20, Bella, 19, and Anwar, 16.
On the other hand, David, who has accumulated a beautiful net worth of $60 million, has been married four times and has five daughters: Sara Foster, Erin Foster, Amy S. Foster and Alison Jones Foster from his past conjugal relationships.
