Jackie Abbott and Girlfriend Kate McKinnon Make Their First Public Appearance At Emmy 2017!
Jackie Abbott made their first public appearance with her Emmy winning girlfriend Kate McKinnon at the Emmy Awards 2017 held at The Microsoft Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles, California on September 17.
Jackie accompanied her girlfriend, Kate, on her big night of Emmys, where Kate was felicitated with her second Emmy Award in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actress for her performance on Saturday Night Live.
When Kate got announced as the winner, the openly gay couple hugged each other before Kate went onto the stage to receive the award.
The fans of Jackie and Kate were thoughtful enough, to record the moment and even shared the moment via Instagram.
After watching Kate's performance as Hillary Clinton on Saturday Night Live, Hillary Clinton dedicated a chapter of her book "What Happened" titled "Grit and Gratitude” to Kate's performance. Kate thanked Hillary Clinton in the acceptance speech after being awarded an Emmy. She expressed,
“On a very personal note, I want to say thank you to Hillary Clinton for your grace and grit,”

After receiving the Emmy Award, Kate shared her feeling with ET and expressed that she is overwhelmed and honored. Kate stated,
"It's overwhelming and I'm just so honored to be a part of this year at this amazing show. It's too much. The other nominees are so unbelievable."
Michelle Visage, who is famous as a judge on RuPaul's Drag Race, shared a picture with the couple Jackie and Kate via Instagram, and he expressed love for the couple through his caption.
