Jackie Warner Get Arrested! Pleas Baring Deal In DUI Charges
The Bravo fitness show star Jackie Warner dealt with an amazing plea bargain on Wednesday because of which the prosecutors lowered the pending charges against her for the drunk and drive case and allegedly attacking a cop.
The celebrity diet and fitness trainer was initially charged with one count of hit and run, one count of assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of DUI when she was arrested back in February for DUI.
According to Los Angeles Times-
“Prosecutors said on Feb. 24, Warner smashed her car into an electric pole near Hacienda Place and Holloway Drive in West Hollywood. Next, she drove to a 7-Eleven store, where a Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy tried to take her into custody. Prosecutors said she reversed her vehicle toward the deputy and crashed into a sheriff’s patrol car.”
She initially said that she took Ambien, the sleeping medication when she was at home, but woke up in police custody with no memories of what happened. According to TMZ-
“Jackie initially insisted she only had one drink earlier in the day during a luncheon, but her blood alcohol level was .11 ... over the legal limit. We've learned when she was released, she went home and found empty beer cans in the fridge ... again, she says she has no recollection of chugging them.”
The forty-eight-years-old Warne pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor count of alcohol, which is usually known as “wet reckless.”
According to Warner’s defense attorney Shawn Holley-
“Nothing she did that day was conscious. I feel that we would have prevailed at trial, but I understand the reasons she wanted to accept the D.A.’s offer and move forward with her life.”
Warner is now sentenced to a two-year probation term, and the judge has ordered her to complete a 12-hour drinking and driving program.
The workout alum Jackie Warner (real name Jacqueline Renee Waddell) came out as a lesbian at the age of twenty-one. She is known for her relationships and dating history with Milenna (Mimi) Saraiva and Briana Stockton.
The fitness trainer, who is popular for appearing on a Bravo TV reality show Work Out, owns a gym and spa in Beverly Hills, California known as Sky Sport and Spa. Warner has been enjoying the estimated net worth of $10 million as an entrepreneur, reality show participant, and celebrity fitness trainer.
