Katie Holmes has been rumored to be in an affair with actor Jamie Foxx for four years, and now after a four-year-long of the rumored romance, the relationship is finally confirmed!
Katie and Jamie were seen strolling hand-in-hand along the beach in Malibu on 4th September, Monday, which confirms their budding relationship.
After ending six years long marriage with then-husband Tom Cruise in June 2012, Cruise reportedly put a "dating-ban" on Katie as a part of their divorce settlement.
Holmes agreed not to date anyone publicly until five years following their divorce. RadarOnline reported,
“Katie signed a clause in her quickie divorce settlement that prevents her from embarrassing Tom in various ways, like talking about him or Scientology, or publicly dating another man for five years after the divorce.”
Moreover, the Radar Online learned about their settlement through a source, who stated,
“She’s allowed to date, but she cannot do so in a public fashion, and she’s not supposed to let any boyfriend near their daughter, Suri. Katie wanted out of the marriage so badly, she agreed to the terms — and got $4.8 million in child support, plus another $5 million for herself.”

Holmes and Cruise dated each other for seven weeks and got engaged in 2005. A year later, the pair exchanged vows on November 18, 2006, in a lavish Church of Scientology wedding in an Italian castle. In the same year on April 18, they welcomed a daughter, Suri Cruise.
Holmes now sparks her affair with Foxx, just three months after the divorce agreement lifted. The relationship of Holmes and Foxx was first noticed in August 2013, when they were spotted flirting and dancing together at The Hamptons' charity event.
Since then, the pair has been spotted in different events- recording studio, and romantic dinners. However, they denied their relationship by stating their romance rumors as "fake news," "hilarious," and "one hundred per cent not true."
The pair struggled to keep the secret to their affair to themselves and was even addressed as Hollywood’s worst-kept romantic secret. According to a source, the pair had difficulty to sneak into each others’ house; further, to conceal her identity, Holmes used to wear wigs.
