The eighteen-year-old Kendra Caldwell is off the market, as she is now married to her fiancé Joseph Duggar (age 22) on Friday, September 8, after four-months of their engagement.
Kendra and Joseph, the latest member of the popular TLC reality show 'Counting On,' exchanged vows in a very romantic ceremony at the First Baptist Church in Arkansas in front of their family and friends.
The seventh child of Jim-Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar, Joseph's wife-to-be Kendra wore a beautiful white cap sleeve wedding gown with a sparkling bodice.
The official website of Duggar family confirmed the news about Kendra and Joseph’s wedding,
"Congratulations to the Newlyweds! It’s an amazing and exciting day for our family! We loved sharing your big day with you and look forward to the amazing days ahead the Lord has in store for you both!"
In a video shared by TLC, Kendra and Joseph revealed that they are happily married now. Moreover, they further talked about their first kiss, which as per Kendra, was “Amazing.”
Joseph added-
"You always have expectations of the first kiss but it blew all those expectations away."
Talking about the beautiful wedding moment, Kendra said-
"I think when we said, 'I do' inside our vows and everything, I think it really was a super sweet time and it was, I think just made it more real."
Similarly, in an exclusive interview with People, Joseph said-
“It is an amazing feeling to be husband and wife. It’s something that I’ve always dreamed of to have a wife and to raise a family in a way that honors the lord. We are to very excited to see what God has in the future for us.”
The couple, who first confirmed their courtship back in March, got engaged on Friday, May 26. Joseph proposed his family friend Kendra at his sister Joe-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth's wedding.
TLC first broke the news about their engagement by sharing a beautiful picture of the duo on Instagram where engagement ring is visible clearly.
