Kym Johnson, the fiancee of the Shark Tank star Robert Herjavec, has concurred to sign a prenuptial agreement which will make her unable to claim Robert’s fortune if she ever decides to get divorced after tying the marital knot.
The soon-to-be husband and wife are yearning to get married. However, the conscious Robert thought to guarantee the safety of his fortune, should anything happens between the couple later.
According to Daily mail, Robert Herjavec was in ashes after his ex-wife Diane Plese divorced him after 25 years of married life taking with her half of his $263 million fortune. To prevent the same event from occurring again, the Shark Tank star appears to have taken this step.
The Robert and Diane got separated in 2014; their divorce was officiated later in early 2016. Robert controversially confirmed his relationship with present partner Kym Johnson after the separation but before the divorce with Diane.

The couple met for the first time during the 20th season of ABC’s Dancing with The Stars.
A year later on February 27, 2016, the couple got engaged.
Robert proposed Kym with a 6.5 Carat ring. He says,"I still can't believe that a year after walking into a dance studio of all places, my life has changed this much, Kym is an incredible woman and I'm just so excited for what the future brings for us."
The couple is more than excited for their upcoming wedding and it is speculated that the wedding is going to be very lavish one as Robert said in an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, “Thousand of people are coming, it’s incredible”
The favorite, as well as the most difficult part of the wedding for the couples, seems to be choosing flowers. To minimize the confusion, Kym chatted with expert florists for the flowers on their wedding.
Kym has already started to do her side of shopping for her summer wedding. She went to LOVELLABRIDAL to choose her dress for the wedding with Carson Kressley.
However, Robert is looking forward to his first dance with his new bride. He also spilled some plans for the wedding too.
