Baby No.3! Perez Hilton Is A Dad To Three Kids After Announcing Birth Of Third Child
The celebrity blogger Perez Hilton is now a father of three kids, as he welcomed a baby girl on Oct. 4, 2017. Hilton will now enjoy a family of four after the arrival of daughter Mayte Amor via a surrogate.
The happy father first announced the news via social media on Tuesday. He shared a picture of little Mayte Amor alongside him and his mother, on his verified Instagram account, where he wrote a lovely and lengthy announcement that said,
"Dear friends, A lot has changed over the past decade plus and I am so thankful, humbled, and truly indebted that you have accepted me through the fat and the fug and the then and the now. We've grown up together and evolved and I continue to do so - in the best way possible!"
He added,
“I am beaming with joy and pride as I share with you that my family has grown yet again.”
“Last week my son and daughter welcomed a sister into the world!
"#MayteAmor was born on Wednesday, October 4th at 3:26 PM - weighing 7 lbs 4 oz, measuring 20 inches long, and she's perfect!”
“Named after her grandparents - Mario & Teresita - their love will forever flow through her and protect her and all of my kids.”
The openly gay gossip writer continued,
“Mayte Amor waited until 41 weeks to make her fashionably late arrival. She's doing everything a newborn should do and doing it so well. She's a whole 7 days advanced!”
The thirty-nine-year-old Hilton, who mentioned his evolution over the years in the caption, also thanked the surrogate who carried his baby girl Mayte, who measured 20 inches long and weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces at birth.
Likewise, he ended the caption of the picture saying that his family means everything to him and family time is the best time.
Perez Hilton did not wait for a boyfriend or husband to start a family. He is also a parent to a 4-year-old son Mario Armando III and a 2-year-old daughter Mia Alma, all born via surrogacy.
Hilton is not married yet. In an interview with Huffington Post back in April 2014, he revealed that he wasn’t seeing anyone, but would like to be with a great man. Hilton hasn’t opened up about his current relationship status, but it seems that he is single and is enjoying a blissful family life.
