Terri Irwin’s Touching Tribute On Robert Irwin's13th birthday

Robert Irwin, son of Terri Irwin and late Steve Irwin, is 13 years old as of today. On the occasion of his birthday, Terri Irwin delivered an emotional birthday wish to her son on her Twitter account with a picture of Steve holding baby Robert and said that Terri sees Steve in him.

Robert Clarence Irwin was born on December 1, 2003, and has reached the age of 13 years old today and is an avid wildlife photographer. Robert lost his Australian wildlife expert father Steve Irwin while he was three years old. On the pleasant occasion of his birthday, Terry Irwin wished him a happy birthday and expressed her sadness of Steve not being present to celebrate it.

She further said that although Steve is not there to celebrate, Terry is well aware that Steve lives on in Robert.

Meanwhile, Robert’s elder sister Bindi, 18, also wished her little brother through Instagram. She posted a childhood picture of Robert and said that he has inspired her in living and tagged Robert who is a newcomer on Instagram.

Bindi’s boyfriend, Chandler Powell who is a professional wakeboarder, also took the liberty to wish his girlfriend’s little brother and said that Robert was the best photographer he knew and congratulated him on joining Instagram as he posted a picture of the three of them together.

Robert’s mother, Terri Irwin, 52, is currently dating her friend Russel Crowe, 52, who split with his wife Danielle Spencer in 2012 and has two children. Both the couple found it hard to replace the person they were in love with before but eventually got together and are now planning to come out publically and are talking about getting married.

The mother of two also revealed that Robert is becoming more and more like his father every day and into things that his father Steve had interests in like wildlife photography and getting into oceans. She said.

'It's amazing because he's so much like his dad. Robert's into photography and wildlife and getting into the ocean. All the things that Steve loves. So it's very beautiful watching Robert grow up.'
