Humble Beginnings:- Michelle Lewin Wiki: Age, Fitness, Husband, Tattoo

Born to immigrant parents, who are of Nigerian descent, the NBA star is one of six children raised in a household full of sports enthusiasts. His father was into soccer and tennis while his mother used to run tracks.

While in high school in Los Angeles, his primary focus was either acquiring good grades or excelling in sports. Dating and getting oneself a girlfriend didn't make his priority. And it showed in the court. In his senior year, he registered an average of 22 points and 11.5 rebounds per game.

After finishing his high school education in the year 2011, he would go on to have a nomad-like college career. The Cleveland Cavaliers star attended three colleges in total: namely, Hawaii Pacific, Santa Monica Collge, and Cal Poly.

As his college career came to draw, his hopes of using physicality - height & weight of six feet four inches and 99 kgs respectively - to leave a mark in the NBA came to tatters following an unsuccessful 2016 NBA Draft. Unhappy but dedicated, David entered the D-League, only to get signed by Los Angeles Lakers a year later in 2017.
