She has shaped up now, all thanks to fitness guru, Maxine Jones! But apart from the help of Maxine, in an interview in early 2017, she explained how she did it even though she used to have chocolate bars.
"I keep quite keep a few [chocolate bars] behind cushions [on the sofa] Just in case. You never know...I think it’s important to have a bit of what you fancy..."
She then concluded,
“Over the last couple of years I’ve been going to exercise classes with my friend Maxine just over the road in a wee church hall in Mile End (London.) It only costs a fiver. We get hot and sweaty and that actually gives me energy! Plus, it clears my head when I’m stressed or feeling overwhelmed.”
