Me and my two buddies started a restaurant, and now my buddy [Chuck Hughes] is a celebrity chef on Food Network. We opened our second one five years ago and our first one 10 years ago. I love it. I need it. Shamier can’t understand that I’m in an apron in the kitchen when he FaceTimes me. I love doing it. I love the balance of both worlds.
