Technical Glitch Found In Some Voting Machines, Know Everything About The Technical Glitch
Now that the doors are closing in for votes to be cast and the time has finally nearing for America to have a new leader, there have been numerous claims from around the country that the voting machines are flipping the original votes cast by the few of the early voters. People have also been claiming that the voting machines flipped their votes as the name of the opponent’s pop off while they tried to select one candidate’s name.
Even Donald Trump, the Republican candidate expressed his concerns on Twitter after hearing the news.
A lot of call-ins about vote flipping at the voting booths in Texas. People are not happy. BIG lines. What is going on? — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) October 27, 2016
Hillary Clinton, the Democratic candidate, has yet to express her views on the news.
Researchers at Symantec, a cyber security company, might have found out the real reasons behind the whole story of the “rigged” votes. Since the government has been using machines that are more than 10-years-old, the voting machines are very vulnerable to hacking.
But the experts have a different say on the issue. It’s not any party trying to hack the system; it is rather the fault of the machines itself. Since the machines are old, they rely on outdated technology and the hardware has started to wear out, the calibration becomes less accurate, which is the main reason behind the technical glitch.
Despite all the allegations, Donald Trump still managed to come out victorious and won, what one may call a historical Presidential race!
