He is now speculated to be dating The Hills: New Beginnings star Audrina Patridge. Partridge, age 39, started being linked to the actor after the two were spotted attending the Nights of the Jack Friends, Family Night, and Halloween events. The chemistry of these two was stated as,

Not in a serious relationship, but enjoying each other's company.

They have been friends for a long time and enjoy hanging out with each other.

Partridge has a daughter from her past relationship with Corey Bohan, she was married to Bohan, but after 10 months into their marriage, it ended with divorce. The two parted ways after Patridge's file of restraining orders for Bohan, her ex-husband.

Even Though there is no confirmation of her relationship with Josh, given the timeline of their link-up, it seems like the two are together nowadays. The couple might have decided to keep their dating life private, but the two seem to be following each other on Instagram. 

While we still cannot confirm their relationship as none of them have come forward accepting the speculation, the two following each other on Instagram do seem to show that they are friends with each other.
