Born with an actress mother, Martin was always interested in acting. He started his career in 1992 when he played the character of Allen in the 1992 film Hero. Since then he has never looked back.
Everyone appreciated his role as Bill Haverchuck in the cult favorite Freaks and Geeks (thus began the geek adventure). He has had pretty prominent roles in films and television after appearing in Freaks and Geeks. He has appeared in films like Knocked Up, Superbad, Veronica Mars, Amira & Sam and more recently, he is set to appear in the Spider-Man: Homecoming as Mr. Harrington.
And besides Freaks and Geeks, he has appeared in a number of TV series, including NTSF: SD: SUV, Burning Love, Life in Pieces and as the main role in HBO’s Silicon Valley.
From his two-decades-long acting journey, he has been able to earn quite a lot. His approximate net worth is said to be around $3 million.
