American actor Barrett Foe was born on September 18, 1977, to parents Linda Foa and Conrad Foa. At the age of three, Foa attended Dalton School after he was successful in putting together a puzzle in record time.

Foa attended the University of Michigan, where he completed Bachelor of Fine Arts in musical theatre performance.  He also spent a semester at RADA in London, where he learned Shakespeare and acting.

Similarly, he spent his time learning acting and plays in Maine State Music Theater, New London Barn Playhouse, Music Theater of Wichita, and Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera.
