Here we have a shortened essay excerpted her book where she talks about Marsha's struggle and hard work, who is her mother. Have a look.
Marsha, a secretary, had always worked full time before she became a mom. She took two years off when she had a baby girl and then, when she went back to work, chose to temp so that she could spend more time with her daughter.
Marsha wanted to be able to stay home when her baby was sick or when she and her husband wanted to take a vacation and temp work gave her that flexibility while allowing her to keep her job skills and business contacts up to date.
Her daughter, an only child went to day care and did well there. She liked having kids to play with and luckily, was a very easy child at home. When her daughter turned four and was gearing up for kindergarten, Marsha knew it was time to go back to work full time.
She loved being home with her daughter but, in truth, she loved working too: “it rounded out my life.”
Working was what she knew—going to an office, meeting goals and experiencing adult social interaction. It was something she really liked and needed as part of her life. Staying at home full time, especially with a happy and healthy child in school, just wasn’t for her.
She says that she was also positively influenced by her mother’s decision to work outside. She sees her mother as a role model, sees her as hardworking women who, despite all the struggles and sacrifices, chose to work. However, not much information is available about her mother or her father. We came to know her mother's name through her book but in her father's name is a mystery to all. We think Cheryl keeps her parents out of media's reach.
So, does the woman who was inspired by her mother in every step of her life have her own family? We don’t think so. Yes, Cheryl Casone is still single. The forty-six-year-old icon is currently single without any information available of her affairs or past boyfriend history. She must have her own plans on getting married to a deserving guy, have children, get settled and teach her kids the manners and knowledge passed on by her mother, which made her the woman she is now.
However, she has not spoken officially about her personal life or better say, personal life or about any other subject which is remotely related to her past relationships and affairs. If anything comes out in the media, even a slight whisper about anything related to this fabulous women’s personal life, you’ll be notified in time.
Before the end is near, we would like to present you another fun fact about Cheryl. She was honored as the women of the month in April of 2010 by midlifebachelor.com.
So, these days, Cheryl is currently busy with her newly published book and promoting it. Have a look.
