CNN's Isha Sesay Georgian Wedding: Journalist Husband, Leif Coorlim

Isha Sesay, as we all know is no more to be addressed as Ms. You may have already guessed what we actually mean by that. Yes, Isha Sesay is a married woman now, a happily married one. So, let’s find out more about it.

Isha Sesay’s Wedding and Her Husband?

As we discussed above, Isha Sesay is a married woman now. She is married to the executive editor of CNN International, Leif Coorlim, @leifcoorlim. The couple got engaged on January 5, 2013, got married on August 17 of the same year, i.e., 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia.

The couples exchanged their vows in Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The wedding ceremony was taking place in the English garden but later was moved indoors after Jen Delgado, who is a CNN meteorologist, forecasted an inclement weather.

In an exclusive speak with the PEOPLE, Isha talked about how she felt about the wedding and her boyfriend who was about to be upgraded to a husband. She said,

"Our day exceeded my wildest dreams, it was magical. When I saw Leif standing at the end of the aisle, I felt as if my heart would explode. I married the man of my dreams in front of the people we care about the most. And then we partied the night away."

However, the husband and wife decided not to talk anything about their honeymoon plan afterward. We guess, they wanted to keep this piece of information a secret from the media. So, the couples are now married for almost three years now.

Is She Pregnant Now?

Till this moment, none of other sources has claimed that she is or was pregnant. This is the same with her photos as she looks just like the same as before with no change or sighting of any significant curves in her body that could be news about her being pregnant.

After spending about three years together, the couples are still going steady, and no rumors or news are available till now about the couple likely to go through the process of divorce. We wish them a happy married life ahead in their upcoming years.

While in the process of knowing her more closely, we came across her interview with the Nigerian former president Goodluck Jonathan which in many terms was disrespectful. Recently, on October 11, a documentary titled, "We Will Rise: Michelle Obama’s Mission to Educate Girls Around the World" a one-hour film about the how girls around the world are overcoming obstacles to achieve education released which features First Lady Michelle Obama, Meryl Streep, Freida Pinto, Isha Sesay and Andra Day. the documentary was premiered CNN International on the International Day of the Girls.

Isha Sesay’s Professional Career and Short Bio:

Isha Sesay was born on January 6, 1976, in Bordeaux, France. She attended Trinity College, Cambridge where she studied English. Her career started as an unpaid intern for BBC talk show Kilroy and was later hired as a full-time paid employee.

Later in November of 2005, Isha became a news anchor and correspondent at CNN International. Currently, Isha Sesay is the host of CNN NewsCenter and Backstory.  Apart from her duties as an anchor, she contributes as a presenter of the 360 Bulletin for Anderson Cooper 360°.
