It all started back in the college days. They first met at the University of Miami and were college sweethearts. Love sparked between the two there and then; which led their relation to a dating affair for years.
Dany and Johnson finally sealed their relationship; tying the knots on 3rd May 1997; a day after Dwayne's 25th birthday. After enjoying four years of married life together, they initiated a family life and welcomed their daughter Simone Alexandria Johnson on August 14, 2001, in Davie, Florida.

Dany, who graduated in 1992 with a degree in international marketing and finance, began working in the money sector. Early into Dwane’s career in WWE as a rising star, Garcia was handling about almost everything starting from his contracts to his future in the company.
She was “extremely comfortable speaking to the WWE leadership and executive team.” It was since then they stepped into a professional life together and are still living it till date, jointly running their own production company, Seven Bucks, formed in 2012.
Everything was symphonic between the two for a decade but, the then-couple parted ways on 19th May 2008, announcing their split without specifying any reason behind it.
