David Henrie Kicks Off Privacy And Reveals Engagement To Girlfriend And All Of His Future Plans With Her

The saying “happiness multiplies when you share” got well adapted by actor David Henrie who unveiled his privacy and revealed about his engagement with girlfriend followed by his plans. Was the step taken by Henrie was actually to share his happiness amongst his followers or was it for the purpose of alleviating the surrounded gay rumors?

Unlike his past relationships, David Henrie has broken all the barrier of privacy and revealed engagement with his girlfriend Maria Cahill, a teacher in New York. The entire engagement got reported by seventeen.com which stated that engagement got carried out four months before actually confronting it in the Instagram.

While the entire proposal got disclosed through an interview with blogdelosangeles.com where David spoke about his collaboration with friends followed by craziness and nervousness to make his proposal day special for his lady love in the Catalina Island inside the San Juan Capistrano. He said:

 “She had given me the previous year a very nice gift for my birthday. It was a picture in an envelope. In the envelope, she wrote a note on the outside that read, your 26^th Birthday could be the best day of your life, but this was mine. And inside the envelope was the drawing of her and me when we finally met in New York for the first time, so sweet. One of our friends sharing our table gave it to her as a present, and she gave it to me. So I used the same envelope and put a big arrow in the back and wrote: You told me what the best day of your life was, now let me tell you about mine. She opened the envelope, and my note was written at the back of the picture, my proposal letter. It described all the beautiful things about our relationship that led us to the happiest day of my life, October 7^th of 2016, the day I get to propose to you.”

The surprise proposal did not only end with a proposal letter but ended with a sweet note where David took Maria’s parents and her six siblings to the Island. He further added:

 She thought that was the last surprise for the day.Then I go, well, I have one last surprise for you. I opened up the door, and her mom and dad came out. She starts crying again and then I say, oops, I think I have one more surprise. I open the door again, and all her brothers and sisters showed up. It was unbelievable.

The love birds before getting head over heels in love with each other had met during an event where they both were speakers. David from that moment had fallen in love with Maria and found her to be smart, well spoken and beautiful. But the initiation was taken by him only after a week of their meeting where David’s aunt forced him to talk with her. Since then, David flew down to New York from California. He said:

“ A couple of weeks later, we were still texting. My aunt told me.David, you should call her. Back in the days, we did not text, we spoke. Be a man and take the initiative! Just call her!” I thought, well, that’s an excellent point. I took a step and I face-timed her, so I could actually see her too. She picked up right away, and we had a great conversation. She was living in New York at that time, and I knew I was flying there to an event soon, in about a month. So I told her I would invite her out then and there to join my friends, family and me for dinner.”

Despite living on the opposite end of the country, the actor worked hard to keep his love alive and game ample of time to his beloved. With significant efforts at present, the actor is engaged to his love and is soon to get married to his Fiancé by the end of April. Things not only confined there, but David is in full swing to start his family as when asked about having kids in the near future, he said:

“ God willing, yes. You know what they say, children are like flowers, you can’t have too many of them.”

His love for children can be seen through his Instagram posts where he is seen proudly holding a child claiming himself to be the godfather.

At present, the duo is still together and enjoying their dating life on a  full swing, which ultimately proves that David is not gay.

Though the wedding dates are still not revealed, we are sure David would share his happiness after he gets a proper time suitable for him and Maria. Just like a grand proposal in Island. In the year 2010, Henrie got arrested in California while taking a walk at Universal City when he got involved in a fight with a boy. The battle had turned violent when they got into heated argument while trying to protect his brother David. Both of them were arrested and detained for two hours by the police. David neither got arrested for the drug involvement no was taken to the rehab for any activities.

While now, David is working on a movie project Man and Me as a D.J and TBA Reagan as Young Ronald Reagan. With new projects, we will surely see a new version of David which would further bring in more success and love from his followers.
