Born to a family of South East Greater London, Duncan has been living in Ireland for the past 14 years. He is the graduate of Roehampton Institute in London, where he has earned Bachelor’s Degree in Drama and Theatre Studies.

Duncan further attended the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG), where he received a Masters Degree in Drama and Theatre.

Duncan (age 47) has a number of acting credits to his name. Famous for appearing on HBO's 'Game of Thrones' Season 2, Duncan has appeared in RTE Television's 'Cromwell In Ireland,' Tile Films 'A Terrible Beauty,' Sky Television's Science Fiction Television Drama Series 'Primeval,' and 'REIGN.' 

Duncan, who stands tall at the height of six feet and two inches, has recently appeared in Outlanders from 2014 to 2016.
