Gethin Jones Will Like To Get Married And Have A Wife; Reveals Waiting For The Right Partner

There are some people, who fear commitments and run miles away from marriage, while there are some individuals who believe in marriage and is ready to commit.

Famous TV presenter Gethin Jones, however,  lies in the latter league, as he is willing to get married and settle down. But the big problem is finding the right woman. So has Gethin found his soulmate? Or is still in search for the perfect woman? Let’s dig in to know.

Life is weird, and how well you plan your life accordingly, life has its plan already set for you. Gethin Jones is ready to get married, bu what does the fate plans for him?

Gethin Jones created headlines with an interview with The Sun back on December 10, 2016, where he confessed his thoughts on settling down,

The Sun added,

Gethin Jones says he would love to get married and have kids, but only with the right woman

In the interview, Gethin shared that he is single and desires to settle down, and even expressed his hopes as,

I’m currently single, but my relationship history has taught me that it’s not good to settle. I hope one day I am blessed to be married and have children, but you can’t force the issue. I’m 38 now and the older I get, the more relaxed I feel about it. 

Moreover, Gethin confessed that he does not want to become an old dad.

I don’t want to be an old dad, though, I want to be able to still beat them at squash when they’re 18. My sister Mererid says to me: “Why don’t you just find yourself a normal girl?” – but I am just trying to find myself a girl.

While talking about a woman, he acknowledged that he fancied Television presenter Jessica Ennis-Hill and admitted having a crush on her. He narrated an incident as,

I interviewed her once and I spent 20 minutes trying to remember what I was going to ask her because I just found her so gorgeous. Obviously, she has an incredible body, but she is so nice and when she smiles, it’s like: “What were you saying?”

Furthermore, Gethin spoke from his experience and stated that going through a break up in public is a pretty crap thing.

Going through a break-up in the public eye is pretty crap [Gethin split from former fiancée Katherine Jenkins in 2011]. More than anything, a lot of stuff you read in gossip mags about it is not true. And that’s hard on your family because they ring you up and you have to reassure them.

According to a recent report, on May 9, 2017, Gethin is dating a German model Katja Zwara, who has also appeared in a music video Dance With Me Tonight by Olly Murs.

However, the truth remains with the pair, as Gethin has not officially acknowledged Katja Zwara as his girlfriend till this date.

Gethin Estranged From His Ex-fiancé Katherine Jenkins:

Before Katja, Gethin was engaged to Katherine Jenkins. He met Katherine in 2005 in Blue Peter, where she was a guest and Gethin was a presenter.

They got together in 2007 for the show “Strickly Come Dancing “ where he was competing in the show, and she was singing. Love sparked between the duo during their time on the show, and they eventually started dating.

After some years, in 2010, Gethin proposed Katherine during a romantic holiday in Mexico. However, the relationship was short-lived, and they split just after ten months of their engagement.

During an interview on August 15, 2014, he opened up about the split with his ex-fiancé and shared his sadness.

‘All I want to do now is meet someone, get married, have a big family, be a good father, I have never made any secret of that but the problem is finding someone. I started going to yoga classes as I thought that would be a good place to meet girls, but it is hard to chat to someone when you are balancing upside down.'

Moreover, he added,

‘I had thought I’d be married by now - I was engaged, so obviously I thought that’s where it was heading - but I can’t force the issue. If it’s not meant to be, it won’t happen.’

Gethin Jones Gay Fans!

Gethin Jones, with his good looks and charm, resides in the heart of many women, but men fancy him as well. In an interview in December 2016, he revealed that he was desired by gay as well.

A gay friend of mine told me recently that if you Google ‘Gethin Jones naked’, there are a lot of fake, Photoshopped nude pictures of me. It’s horrendous but it makes me laugh, and I send them to some of my friends as a joke. Some of them are incredibly realistic, I might add. There is one where I am lying down and holding the old boy – but you can tell it’s not me because I only have half a finger in the picture!
