Our society has gone through an enormous change in the past couple of years, and so has the people's perception of beauty. American actress and model, Hayley Hasselhoff, the star of the TV show Huge, would have been considered a fat obese woman a few years back but now she can identify herself a beautiful plus-size model.

Born to a family of actors, Hayley was always different as she didn't have the perfect slim body which deemed desirable. But, Hayley, 25, refused to let others shame her for her looks. She proved to the world that beauty is not a quantitative term and it indeed lies in the eyes of the beholder.

Hayley Hasselhoff's Rise To Fame 

Hayley, the daughter of actor and singer David Hasselhoff and actress Pamela Bach, started her acting career at the age of 7 after she featured on an episode of her father's show Baywatch. She has a younger sister Taylor-Ann Hasselhoff who is also an actress.

Hayley's career took a rapid run; by the age of 14, she had already signed a contract as a plus-size model for Ford Model. 

But her celebrity status didn't stop her bullies from picking on her. In an interview, she declaimed about how she was bullied in her childhood, and as a result, she had to give up her passion for swimming. She told the Dailymail,

"I have tough memories about growing into my figure. Swimming was something I loved. When I was in primary school I was on the swimming team with older girls. I began wearing a bra when I was eight or nine years old. The girls would tease me, so I quit because I didn’t feel comfortable in the changing room. I wish I could tell myself as a little girl that it was those girls’ insecurities and not my own; that I shouldn’t have sacrificed my happiness because of how they made me feel."

Hayley, who is 25 of age, has now made peace with her body and her career in the glamour industry is blossoming. As a model, Hayley has walked the ramp in various fashion shows including the UK Plus Size Fashion Week in 2014 and the New York Fashion Week in 2015.

She's also been awarded the Best Plus Size Model Award at the 2014 British Plus Size Awards.

Further, she has also covered for 2015 Fall Fashion issue of SLiNK Magazine (UK) and Bello Magazine (US). Currently, she is also pursuing her career as a designer working as a plus size designer for the UK plus size retailer Elvi.

Hayley may be pretty content with herself, but has she found a boyfriend who loves and appreciates her for her inner beauty and not her physical appearance?

Back in July 2017, Hayley was rumored to be dating actor Kyle Christie from the hit MTV UK reality series Geordie Shore. The speculation began after Hayley and Kyle were spotted together on numerous occasions.

Hayley even shared a picture on her Instagram, where the couple could be spotted getting intimate.

Later, it was revealed that the two actors were not dating and only posing as a couple for the TV show Celebrity Showmance. In fact, the core of the show was to form unlikely couples and then set out to get as much attention as possible. 

Hayley is currently single as she hasn't sparked a romance with anyone. But she could be romancing far was from the limelight. Whichever the case may be, her fans are hopeful that she would open up about her love life in days to come.

Hayley, who likes to describe herself as curvy instead of overweight, refuses to play by the rules of the society, as clearly, weight loss is not an option for her!
