Plus, speaking on the single releasing process, he said,

"We're doing it independently,"

"If a label picks us up, then that'll be cool, but we're going to focus on it independently right now, and just start working."

He and his wife Bethany Plake have been married since June 2016 and are in a happy relationship with one another. 

They possibly could have shared a girlfriend-boyfriend relationship before tying the holy knot. Hunter's wife stood by his side when Plake dealt with the difficult time in his life.

Hunter and Bethany were just married and only living in their new home in Louisiana for about a month when, unfortunately, it was destroyed by the catastrophic Louisiana floods of August 2016.

The couple lost their house and car, as a result, had to move back in with his parents and they have been supporting them ever since.
