If you follow CNBC’s programs, you will know Melissa Lee! Well, she is the current host of CNBC’s popular show “Fast Money.” Not only that, but she also hosts “Power Lunch,” a show that delves into the economy, real estate, media, and technology. CNBC is happy to have this journalism enthusiast working for them.

From a very early age, Lee found her interest in reporting. She had worked for Bloomberg Television, and CNN Financial News before CNBC took her back in 2004. Since then, she has excelled in her career. So far the list of the shows she has worked on includes, 'Power Lunch,' 'Squwak on the street', 'Money in motion', 'Today', 'Options action', 'Closing Bell' etc. So we can safely insist that she has a huge history in Journalism as well as Financial reporting.

We know about her outstanding career, but hey Melissa, we are all curious to know if you’re dating anyone. But Lee is successful in keeping it a secret till now. We’ll tell if she has made progress in her love life or not.

Is She Married, Husband? Or Boyfriend, Dating?

A Harvard graduate and former host of "Money in Motion: Currency Trading," Lee has demonstrated a profound knowledge of the finance sector. She is most searched on Tabloids for her professional success, but now questions about her personal life are popping up that needs to be answered. She is 41 already! Is she married? Does she even have a boyfriend?

Melissa seems to be in a long-term relationship with her profession, journalism. Don't be shocked; she is still single. Is she so occupied in her work that she has no time for love?

She mentioned about her relationship status in an interview with Asiance Magazine. The interview was mostly about her professional life, but when she was asked whether she is married or has a boyfriend, she laughed it off and said no.

“Ha-ha. No and no.”

So now we can tell for sure if she has been married to a mystery husband or has a secret lover.

Since she keeps all her personal stories away from the social media. Is she planning to live her lavish life all on her own, forever?

Look how happy she is about her work! Getting married to work is not that bad after all!

Idolizing Kaity Tong since a young age, Lee mentioned in the same interview with Asiance Magazine that if she weren't a reporter, she would probably become a doctor.

"Originally I was planning to be a medical doctor and I had done lab internships in high school and all sorts of things like that. Then I majored in Chemistry and I decided maybe this isn't something I should be doing (laughs). But I always thought if I wasn't doing this, I'd be a doctor of some sort."

Emmy nominated reporter, Melissa Lee belongs to an Asian-American family. Her mother was a fashion designer, and her father was a Columbia University graduate and intellect. Apart from her television reporting career, she is also known for documentaries and movies and her involvement as a writer and director in various works such as P***: Business of Pleasure, Coca-Cola The Real Story Behind the Real Thing, Wall: Street money never sleeps and others.

Born on November 4, 1974, Melissa grew up in Great Neck, New York. She belongs to a Chinese immigrant family with two siblings, a brother, and a sister.

Her father's family immigrated from Southern China whereas her family from her mother's side immigrated from Hong Kong. She received her bachelor's degree with honors from Harvard College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government.

Since an early age, she was interested in writing, which led her to write articles covering the Board of Education meetings for Great Neck Record, which paid her $25 an article, which was probably her first step into journalism.

She worked for Bloomberg Television and CNN Financial News, before joining CNBC. She took over the show Fast Money as a permanent host in 2009 after the departure of Dylan Ratigan, the previous host. She is also part of critically acclaimed talk shows such as Power Lunch and Squwak on the street.
