After being seen as a newsreader of Late show News in The late show, Tom Gleisner featured as mute cop poncho in 1994’s ABC show Funky Squad, where he served one among the co-creator, writer/producer/ director. He also served as writer/producer/ director for the ABC’s series, Frontline.  He co-wrote movies like The Dish and The Castle.  He anchored and co-produced Network Ten’s The Panel. He co-hosted with Rob Stich in the fly fishing documentary named A River Somewhere. He co-wrote and produced The Hollowmen (2008) and Utopia (2014). He currently hosts the quiz show, "Have You Been Paying Attention?" that airs on Channel Ten.

The names of the books are The Warwick Todd Diaries (1997), Warwick Todd: Back in the Baggy Green (1998), Warwick Todd Goes The Tonk (2001) and Warwick Todd – Up in the Block Hole (2009).  He has also written numerous fly fishing books, collaborating with Rob Sitch and Santo Cilauro.
