Tanner's love life is an open book on his social media. As per his series of post, it can be established that he has been in a committed romantic relationship with the American actress and writer, Lizze Broadway.

Born in  Burbank, California, Tanner Buchanan is an American actor and model, who celebrates his birthday every year on December 8 and is 19 years of age. He is of American nationality. He was raised by his parents Steve and Marlona Buchanan. The actor has not been vocal about his siblings.

However, one of his posts on Instagram suggests that he has a sister named Marrae Prowant.

 
At the tender age of 9, Tanner moved to Los Angeles with his family to be a massive presence in the industry, and it did not take him a long time to be a part of the entertainment business. He grabbed his first role on television in ‘Modern Family’ in 2010 and after that more projects started falling into his lap.

Buchanan got his significant breakthrough for his recurring role in the 2016 series, 'Designated Survivor' as Leo Kirkman.
