TV Presenter Steve Jones, Married With His Wife Twice: Two Untraditional Weddings

TV Presenter Steve Jones made headlines when he married his wife for the second time in a very untraditional manner. Yes, today we are covering the marriage event of the handsome TV presenter and his two unconventional marriages.

Married Twice: Long term Girlfriend Turned Wife

On 6^th Oct 2014, Steve Jones got married to his longtime model girlfriend, Phylicia Jackson. This duo got married for the first time in Mayfair, London.

The secret reception was held near Town Bridge. Later on, after 12 months of the first marriage, the presenter married his wife again on 4^th July 2015 in Vegas in the presence of the bride’s family. Jones even stated his first marriage to be the most special and the best marriage. As posted by Digital Spy, on 6^th August 2016, he said:

"We got married in Mayfair in London, and then her parents couldn't make it, so we got married in Las Vegas a month ago."

He added,

"The first one was fantastic because obviously it was the first time I've got married and it was a special day,"

Even though Steve had a flock of beautiful ex-girlfriends including Pamela Anderson, Fearne Cotton, and Hayden Panettiere, he still chose to marry his wife for the second time.

Marriage Ceremony: An Untraditional Weddings

Well, the first wedding which took place in Mayfair had a quiet adventure, i.e., both the bride and groom had literally booked a karaoke fun bus around central London. The bus took them to the Thames, and both the newlywed with their forty guests played beer pong the entire afternoon of their wedding day on the boat.

When talking about the traditional marriage, Jones has conveyed a strong dislike of the traditional practice. During the same interview posted by digital spy on 6^th August, he said:

"We had a karaoke fun bus around central London, we went down to the Thames and got on a boat and played beer pong all afternoon. We got back on the karaoke bus, then went to the Landmark Hotel until the early hours.  I know it's our special day - there was only forty of us there by the way, I didn't want a big thing - it was all of our day, it was an inclusive day rather than all about me and Phylicia. So I respect the people who take the traditional route, but I can't bear it."

In the case of his second wedding, they had an Elvis impersonator who sang few song of Presley and entertained their family and friends. To the digital spy (6th August 2016), he said:

"[On] July 4 we got married in Vegas, with her parents there. Elvis gave us away. We did like, a posh British thing and then we did it the Vegas way."

Well, the couple is still in the honeymoon phase of their relationship.

Born 16 March 1977, in Tylorstown, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Steve started his career as a model for Esquire. In February 2009, he was appointed by BBC One as a host for the show Let’s Dance for Comic Relief with Claudia Winkleman. In the same year, he started to host the TV quiz show “ As Seen On Tv”.

In 2010, he got an opportunity to play a small role in the movie “It’s Wonderful After Life”. In the same year, he designed and modeled for a clothing line Shop Direct Group's in-house brand Good Soul for the autumn/ summer collection.

In May 2011 he got an opportunity to host X Factor USA . In the year 2015, he hosted  Young, Free & Single: Live on E4. In the year 2016, he has undertaken the project My Kitchen Rules UK, a cooking game show on Channel 4.  Besides, he is seen as a presenter on Formula One, Guy Martin's Wall of Death: Live , and Sex Box on Channel 4 since this year. According to some sources, his net worth is still under review.
