The Teen Mom OG star, Catelynn Baltierra, and her husband Tyler's life are much more than the resolutions in 2018!
On Monday night's episode of Teen Mom OG, Catelynn delivered the ultimate surprise to her husband Tyler, revealing that she is pregnant with their third child.
The mom-to-be star visited the doctor to remove the IUD in last week's episode and took a pregnancy test in a restaurant's restroom, which, to her delightment, read positive!
Catelyn surprised Tyler about their third child by having their second daughter, Nova, wear a pink T-shirt saying, “I’m Going to Be a Big Sister,” before giving her husband the pregnancy test result.

Tyler immediately changed his expression and asked Catelyn, “Why do we have that shirt?" Tyler was not able to stop the smile on his face and humorously guessed that Catelynn was on drugs assuming it to be a prank.
To prove the validity of her pregnancy, she placed the pregnancy test on the dining table in front of him.
But, their happiness could not last long, for not long after she surprised her hubby about her pregnancy, she was alleged to have a miscarriage. According to the source,
"That happened right before she went to treatment [in November] when she tweeted about thinking about killing herself. The crew and production staff heard she was about six weeks pregnant when it happened but no one is 100 percent sure.”
The Teen Mom OG star checked into rehab in November after experiencing suicidal thoughts, and now she's back home. She's committed to focusing on her mental and physical health.
Catelynn is also thinking of weight loss to promote her well-being and, of course, Tyler Baltierra will be joining her when it comes to weight loss.

Despite the husband's desire for more children, Catelyn, who struggled with postpartum depression and entered the rehab to battle the suicidal thoughts after the birth of Nova, openly expressed her fear regarding pregnancy.
Catelynn and Tyler got married in August 2015 after welcoming their second daughter Novalee. The MTV personalities are also biological parents to Carly, whom they placed for adoption. Catelynn became pregnant with the couple's baby for the first time at the young age of sixteen. They both felt they were too young to be parents, and gave up their daughter, Carly, for adoption.
Similarly, the couple welcomed their second child on January 1, 2015, just a few months before they tied the knot with one another.
