David Otunga And Partner Jennifer Hudson Call Split After A Decade!

David Otunga and Jennifer Hudson are no longer together!

After sharing a romantic relationship for ten years, WWE Commentator David Otunga has recently split with singer and partner Jennifer Hudson on November 16. Their split was confirmed after Hudson filed a protective restraining order against Otunga. 

According to CNN, Jennifer's representative provided a statement on Friday that said they were in the process of bringing their relationship to an end for several months.

" The couple has been in the process of ending their relationship for a number of months. "

The statement further asserted the restraining order as taken solely for the best interest of their eight-year-old son, David Otunga Junior.

" Yesterday, Jennifer requested and received a protective order against her ex-fiancé. Jennifer's actions are solely taken in the best interest of their son. Please respect her privacy at this time."

Additionally, the protective order has accusations against Otunga of his misbehavior including harassing and threatening Jennifer and that he even pushed her inside their home.

Hudson also accused David of physically abusing her in front of their son and using guns in the house to intimidate and scare her. Meanwhile, Otunga's attorney has denied those accusations against David, saying,

"Otunga has never abused or harassed Ms. Hudson or their son. He wants to make it very clear that he denies each and every allegation contained in that petition. Mr. Otunga is now and has always been the primary caregiver of the parties' son. 

The attorney also said David "doesn't own a firearm" and that it was a "prop that he used for an audition, just as he told her it was at the time she saw it in their house." 

Additionally, the attorney shared Hudson's purpose in filing a restraining order was “in an effort to gain an unfair advantage in the custody dispute."

As per E!Online, Hudson opened up saying her relationship with David started to fall apart this past April. And as a matter of fact, they even began to sleep in separate rooms for at least six months.

Prior to their break up, they were a long-time engaged couple after David got on his knees to propose her in 2008, and the media often asked them about their wedding plans.

However, Hudson would say she wanted to be entirely sure about her romantic affair before getting married and sharing a husband-wife relationship.
