Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death in 2015 has brought a huge amount of $36 million dollars for her former boyfriend, Nick Gordon to pay. On November 17, Thursday, the Fulton County Superior Court Judge T. Jackson Bedford ordered that Nick must pay for the wrongful death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of legendary Whitney Houston.

On July 2015, months after being in coma Bobbi was found face down and unconscious in a bathtub in a home shared by Gordon, and she was just 22 years old at that moment.

On Thursday, Gordon was ordered to pay $36 million dollars after Gordon repeatedly failed to meet the court deadline in the civil suit. By default, the order made by the judge has claimed the conservators of Bobbi’s Estate the winner.

The lawsuit also allegedly claimed that

Gordon gave Bobbi a ‘toxic cocktail, rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage."

The attorney representing Bobbi Kristina’s father said,

"Gordon did not appear. The judge struck his answer and entered default judgment against him. The only issue now is damages, which will likely be tried before a jury, possibly in November." He also mentioned that there was no one present on behalf of Nick Gordon.

Bobbi Kristina’s father Bobby Brown said,

"I am pleased with the outcome of today's court proceedings. I do know that Mr. Gordon will be unable to slander my daughter's name in the future or obtain any benefits from the use of Krissy's name. Finally, I do need for the District Attorney's Office to step up and begin the criminal prosecution of Mr. Gordon. The delay in that matter is of great concern to me and my family. We need for District Attorney Howard to act now."

He also posted a picture of the documents where the judge’s order was presented clearly on his Instagram while he acknowledged everyone who supported his family.

Thank you all for your support. NOW is the time for District Attorney Howard to act!! #JusticeforBobbiKristina
