Karlie Hay, Miss Teen USA 2016: Know All About Her

Miss Texas Teen Karlie Hay seized the title of Miss Teen USA on July 30, 2016, Saturday leaving behind 50 contestants involved in the competition.

The eighteen- year-old beauty was crowned Miss Teen USA 2016. She succeeded to influence her judges and viewers from every corner. The beauty pageant competition was conducted at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The event was live streamed on the organization's website. The event was hosted by Vine star Cody Johns and former Miss USA Olivia.

Karlie Hay was followed by first runner-up Miss North Carolina and second runner up Miss South Carolina. 

The girls were charged some tough questions, and most of the girls grasped the questions with no serious hiccups.

 For the top 5 questions, Miss Texas, Karlie Hay, was asked about her memorization of the U.S. Constitution. Surprisingly, she stated a section in a snap with ease.

Karlie Hay magnified her beauty donning a floor-length yellow gown. Gorgeous Karlie delivered sensationally well in all the aspects of the competition, and her thoughtful response during the Q&A portion was something very intriguing.

According to Miss Texas Karlie Hay’s bio on the Miss Teen USA website,

"Her own childhood experiences have engendered great empathy for children growing up in unstable environments and for the families of alcoholics. Were her fondest wish to be granted, every child would grow up in a stable and loving home."

Hay intends to use her newfound fame to serve as an anti-drug advocate to raise awareness about the effects of drug abuse and alcoholism. She is also plotting to attend Texas A&M University. 

Currently a senior at Tomball High School, she has been active as the yearbook editor and photographer. She is also a varsity cheer Capitan and has been involved in numerous community service.

As for ultimate career plan, she wants to be a business person after college.
