Cheers to True Love! Actor Robb Derringer is now Engaged to Gorgeous Dancer Carrie Ann Inaba!

Dancing with the Stars' judge Carrie Ann Inaba, 48 just got engaged to her boyfriend, Robb Derringer, the forty-nine-year-old soap opera actor on a Saturday,10th of December 2016. With plans within plans, Robb reserved some couples time on a California beach.With an expensive bottle of wine, a lit bonfire and a ring close at hand, Robb was ready to show Carrie an epic day of romance.

Judge Carrie was the one to judge here, in the spectacular show that Robb had put out for her. Their engagement was not the only thing that was shining as the presented ring was another surprise all in itself. The occasion started with a cool breeze of a romantic evening, rushing waves on the beach and a secluded campfire. Robb, the former “Days of our Lives“ actor had more in store. When interviewed by People about his proposal, Robb had his say:

“I then got down on one knee under what I will always remember as the most serene and tranquil night sky I’ve ever seen and asked my beautiful girl if she would do me the honor of being my wife, to which she thankfully replied yes,”

Her reaction towards the occasion was:

“The ocean mist created an ambiance that was magical, and I will always remember  the way that sky looked as Robb got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife,”

Furthermore she added,

“All alone on that beautiful beach, it was as if time stood still and we were the only two people on earth. I will never forget it. It was perfect. Getting engaged where we had that perfect first date, was really such poetic destiny.”

The ring presented, however, is one unique jewelry. Designed by Jean Dousset featuring a 3.68 carat oval cut diamond with an 18- carat rose gold band. Any ring Jean Dousset creates has a “Signature Stone” on the inside of the band which included two signature stones, an oval-cut ruby for Dousset and a garnet for Carrie.

That day, Saturday in particular, had been all part of Robb’s plan as Carrie said on People:

"Saturdays are special to us, because our first date was on a Saturday and we have celebrated with a toast, a visit to a beach, special date, a motorcycle adventure, or a road trip on every Saturday since,"

She continued

“So on Saturday, we returned to the place of our first date and got engaged at the same place we shared our spontaneous and magical first date. There was a strong sense of destiny that night, and I think I knew then, deep in my heart, that he and I were going to be together forever.”

The newly engaged couple afterward stayed together in the bonfire enjoying the dark skylight with a bottle of  Aubert Chardonnay and the rage of the ocean.

The couple first confirmed their relationship on a Thursday, sometime around March 2016 and their relationship has been going strong. It is not evident if they were dating before secretly. They have not opened up about the date they will be getting married but safe to say we can hope the best for the two.
