A West Hollywood Sheriff's deputy told to E-online,
"She was making incoherent statements that made absolutely no sense and she was transported to the hospital."
According to a new report, she is undergoing the voluntary psychiatric evaluation.
This is not the first time that she has been kept under psychiatric evaluation because back in 2009 too, she had a mental issue.
In July 2009, she sought the medical attention for a tooth problem, and at that time, the actress was sectioned for two weeks under ‘5150’ which is a Californian law that allows a psychiatrist to put the person in involuntary confinement if they are found dangerous to themselves and others.
She said at that time,
'If they feel you are depressed or a danger to yourself they can hold you on a 5150. I am terrified of needles and they wanted to pump me full of drugs and I said, "No, absolutely not. I don't want to be here," and got into a fight with the nurses, and that led to my 5150.'
In 2009, she said that she never felt suicidal, but felt very depressed and struggled to cope with a life that she deemed it better to end her life. For this, she was put under psychiatric rehab. She exclaimed about her situation as,
"It was a full-on breakdown. It was terrifying. I was never suicidal, I was just overworked and depressed. But one slip of the tongue in a heightened moment and you find yourself in that situation."
She further added,
"It was terrifying.Straight out of Girl, Interrupted. Story of my life."
