Trish Regan married James Ben, an investment banker in 2001. James serves as a managing director of global financial advisory for investment advisory firm Rothschild. They currently live together in New York with their child. Trish and James are very expressive about their love.

Trish feels lucky for having babies. She claims that despite have a lot of other professional responsibilities, bearing babies never seemed like a burden. She shared about her current parental life in an interview with hauteliving.com in October 2012. She said,
“I don’t think I’ve ever been reckless, but I wouldn’t be truthful if I said my responsibility to my kids didn’t make me think twice.”

In 2000, she completed her graduation of cum laude from Columbia with a bachelor's degree in U.S. history. She released her book "Joint Ventures: Inside American’s Almost Legal Marijuana Industry" in April 2011. Trish enjoys a salary of $4 million and dazzling net worth $12 million.
