Whitney Port came to prominence via The Hills in 2006. Post departure from the show she started her reality program, The City, which ran for two seasons.

Engagement Details

Whitney and her boyfriend, Tim Rosenman got engaged in November 2013. After her fiancé proposed her with an oval stone and rose gold band with three rows of diamonds. She was spotted showing her ring off during the filming of her style web series related to hair products. 

Regarding her engagement, she opened up saying,

I was very surprised! He was planning a whole ordeal -- like possibly taking out a boat and doing this whole thing on the harbor, and then it was like the day before we were leaving and it was really rainy and grey and cold. So everything went down the drainpipe there, So he just did it in our hotel room, he asked me really low key.

Despite the initial plan didn't work out, the later sealed the proposal.

Former The Hills star married her longtime boyfriend, Tim Rosenman on November 2015 in Palm Springs, California. The couple had a "desert-chic meets Art Deco meets tropical" themed wedding. She walked down the aisle looking more beautiful than ever in a full bridal look with a lace dress. 

The couple then moved to a Venice Beach home by June 2016 after giving it a stylish renovation. Whitney explained,

“We wanted to add a more bohemian, colorful aspect to the décor” 

With a new house and husband, Whitney started her family life.

Whitney became a mother for the first time when she welcomed her son, Sonny Sanford Rosenman, on 27 July 2017. However, the change took a toll on the reality star as the pregnancy was hard.

Further, Sonny was also a difficult child for the first year. Thus, Whitney was scared to become pregnant for the second time.

However, she decided to let nature take its course and stopped taking birth control pills. Soon enough, she became pregnant for the second time. But the baby couldn’t survive in the womb, and the reality star miscarried her second baby.

She revealed about her adversity via Instagram on 23 July 2019. 

Boyfriend and Dating History

Whitney was previously reported to be dating the Australian guitarist Jay Lyon for a brief amount of time from 2008 to March 2009. During their short life relation, they had many ups and downs which was also recorded on her show, The City, and was rumored to have hooked up afterward as well.

Jay Lyon has been reported to have dated actresses Miranda Kerr from 2003 to 2007 and Tara Reid briefly for 2007 before Whitney Port.

She also was involved with one other person before her marriage. She had dated former boyfriend Ben Nemtin for over a year starting from March 2010 until June 2011. They had begun going out after he helped her with her 25^th Birthday party.
