He has been in recent controversy after his trousers went wet when he was live on air to which he said,
"I'm sorry because you were trying to do a serious interview - but I was doing this water experiment. Without going into too much detail, I was changing my talk backpack but accidentally dropped it onto the glasses, and then they went everywhere!"
"The batteries fell in and now there is a lot of water on my trousers!"
"I think this suit may be going to the tip now. even though it's quite new. In the shock of the water incident, I split my trousers. too."

His Married life: Wife, Children, and Divorce
Though we don't find a much rigid source, according to Married wiki, Mike and Kim had a long-lived relationship since their childhood. However, the famous sports presenter of The BBC Mike, @mike, and his beautiful lady Kim are not together anymore. And yes! no information of the possible causes is available though they are said to be separated.
Mike and Kim had three daughters. After the divorce with Kim, Mike is contented and happy within himself. The correspondent of breakfast on BBC who last month had viewers laughing when he spilt water down his trousers on-set, was interviewing hockey player Susannah Townsend, 26, when he was invited to step into an ice bath. Well, he couldn’t deny it. Despite being anxious before taking his first steps in, it was only matter of seconds before he was totally unable to even talk.
“It’s really painful,” he said.
“I can’t speak, seriously.”
Mike added: “You’ve convinced me, although I’ve never been happier to hand back to the studio. I’m not speaking for ten minutes. Please don’t ask me another question.”

Mike is a British national with white ethnicity and working for the BBC. He has spent his early childhood days inYorkshire and was an excellent kid since his childhood. He has received the 2:1 in the field of drama and TV from King Alfred's College. Bushell has previously worked for BBC South today before joining BBC.
Currently, he is a relief presenter of sports at BBC breakfast and also presents sports bulletin updates on weekend mornings.
