Just after seven months of marriage, Luann De Lesseps has filed for divorce from her estranged husband, Tom D’Agostino Jr. in Sag Harbor, LI, on Thursday.
According to Page Six, the pair had a sour relationship since July, after the pair got into a physical clash in a fancy New York restaurant. 'The Real Housewife of New York City' star, Luann de Lesseps revealed about her decision to separate with her husband on Thursday, 3rd of August via Tweet,

Talking about their divorce to E! News, an insider said-
"He wanted to live his bachelor's life too. He's never been married. She wanted a marriage, he wanted a part-time marriage."
Likewise, another source revealed-
"He was always kissing other girls. When you're a bachelor for 50 years, it's hard to break old habits. But she loved him and wanted to make it work. He loved her too, but had a hard time staying focused."
According to another source, the Bravo star, who previously said that getting married to Tom was "one of the best days of her life," filed for divorce after the reports and rumors surrounded their marriage.
Luann and Tom got married earlier this year on New Year’s Eve in a lavish event in Palm Beach, Florida. The 80 of the couple’s closest friends and family members witnessed the former pair exchanging the vows.

Talking about Luann De Lesseps and her fiance turned husband, Tom D’Agostino Jr.’s wedding, the PEOPLE magazine affirmed-
“The Real Housewives of New York City star and D’Agostino Jr. hosted a rehearsal dinner Friday evening on a boat with 80 of the couple’s closest friends and family members. While on board the Mariner III yacht, which left Palm Beach Marina for a three-hour sunset cruise, guests dined on a seafood menu, including lobsters, clams, seafood gumbo and mini crab cakes.”

Luann got engaged to Tom in February 2016, after Tom went on his knee with an eight-carat canary yellow diamond ring and kept forward the proposal. A source explained the details about their engagement to PEOPLE,
“Thomas was planning on a Valentine’s Day proposal during their upcoming vacation in Vail, but couldn’t wait and presented an eight-carat canary yellow diamond ring before they got there. “LuAnn is over the moon in love with Thomas and considers him her soulmate and is so happy and grateful to have found love a second time.”
All the belongings of Luann are still at Tom’s New York penthouse where they had been living. Luann is currently on vacation with her two children; son, Noel de Lesseps, and daughter, Victoria de Lesseps to Europe.
She shares her children with her former husband Alexandre De Lesseps (age 67), with whom she shared marital relation from 1993 till 2009.
Since Luann has not shared any assets and has a prenup with her estranged husband, their divorce is expected to be elementary.
