Married Life Ruined: Wife's Alleged Affairs With Chris Evans

Dean married the actress and comedian, Jenny Slate on 15 September 2016.

During their years of marriage, the partners even collaborated professionally and jointly wrote a book titled Marcel the Shell: The Most Surprised I've Ever Been Together. The pair also released animated videos based on the book including Marcel the Shell With Shoes On, which became a sensation on YouTube.

However, after being married for four years, the couple started growing apart and eventually got divorced in 2016. A couple revealed that the pair remained friendly throughout the court procedures, nothing of an ugly separation.

But, the terms of the settlement of their divorce have not been disclosed to the public.

Some sources claimed that the reason for Dean and Jenny's separation was her growing friendship with actor Chris Evans. While the two were filming for the 2017 movie Gifted, the cast and crew members were quick to notice the off-chemistry between the two actors. An insider even revealed that when Dean visited his then-wife in the movie set, she looked unenthusiastic and angered by her ex-husband's presence.

However, Chris' rep mentioned that the actor had no role in the pair's divorce.

Post the separation in April 2016; Jenny started dating actor Chris Evans. However, the relationship reached its inevitable end shortly, and the two parted their ways on 8 February 2017 after less than one year of dating.

Jenny, who enjoys the net worth of $5 million, is reportedly single as of 2018. Further, she has not talked much talked about her recent dating life in media.

Dating Again? New Girlfriend Or New Project?

As for Dean, he has kept his personal life low-key after the divorce.

The film editor, who proclaims his birthday on every 28 February, has not mentioned any involvement with a new girlfriend. Further, Dean rarely attends social events which make it hard for fans to remain updated with his personal life.

While many assume Dean is yet to overcome the grief caused by his past divorce, however, not many pieces of evidence have supported the claim. As of now, Dean is probably focussing on his career as a film-maker and working on his upcoming projects. Moreover, Dean is also active on Twitter and enjoy showing his funny side to fans through his endless tweets.
