He was famously rumored to have dated Alisha Heng Gillies. They were apparently dating during season 5 of Teen Wolf. When Alisha's Instagram account was discovered, then she had some photos of herself and the cast hanging out, but nothing was confirmed.

Dylan was also rumored to have dated Estelle Yves, and insiders claimed that Dylan and this gorgeous French model had a brief fling in January of 2015, although no one knows where and how the gossip stemmed from. Moreover, this rumor also remains unaddressed.

Similarly, Dylan and Adelaide H. O'Brien were said to be in a relationship in the past. In summer 2016, rumors stemmed, and news broke that Dylan was dating a girl four years junior to her way back in 2014.

Of course, people were shocked because they would have been 12 and 16 while they met. However, most fans were pretty sure that it was only a rumor that Adelaide herself stemmed only for fame.

Then his relationship with Joey King hit the shores, as Dylan was reported to be dating this actress last summer. Their connection went public last spring when they went out on a group vacation to Palm Springs with some other friends.

But, eventually, the pair started hanging out and spending time. The two teenage sensations were also the prime focus of an intimate Tyler Shields photo shoot.

While their connection and the nature of it was all over social media for a bit, they halted their interaction over on social sites like Twitter and Instagram, which convinced the fans that the pair had ended things up between them.

Furthermore, Dylan was rumored to have brief encounters with his co-stars Victoria Moroles and Samantha Logan. Amid his several alleged affairs, Samantha is the only one to have come out as the official girlfriend of the actor.

The couple started dating on 27 October 2017, which coincidentally is also the birthday of Samantha. Dylan and his girlfriend knew each other for years before they eventually turned romantic in 2017. 

For Valentine's Day 2019, the pair took a day off of their busy schedule to make pottery. Dylan and his partner looked enjoying the activity as they even shared some passionate kisses as they got involved in the craft.
