Garrett Clayton Gay Despite Girlfriend History; Relationship Status Now

The American actor and singer Garrett Clayton, who portrayed the role of a Gay adult star in the film, King Cobra, was questioned about his sexuality. However, like many other celebrities, the actor prefers not to talk about his personal life despite the bemusing rumors of his sexual orientation.

Nevertheless, the 27-year-old actor also made many public appearances with his girlfriends in the past. But while romancing with the female partner, he was also romantically involved with her long-time partner.

And he is now happily engaged to his partner of almost a decade.

Engaged To Boyfriend; Eight Years Of Dating Life

Garrett Clayton came out publicly with his sexual orientation after his new movie project, Reach. 

On 20 August 2018, he explained in an Instagram post that the movie relates to his personal real-time when he faced the bullying.

While explaining the difficult time of his life, he stated that his partner Blake Knight also dealt with the same experience which he thinks was a tragic event.

The dashing Garrett and his partner, Blake has been together for last eight years. Their road to eight years of the journey wasn't an easy one as they too went through many ups and downs.

The couple first met in the "24-hour restaurant" in Los Angeles, where Garnett was working previously. With their almost a decade of dating life, the couple got engaged in their secret trip to Iceland.

On 10 January 2019, actor Garrett Clayton announced their engagement to his longtime boyfriend, Blake on Instagram after a year of getting engaged. He described that the date marks the 1 year anniversary of their engagement.

Sharing the adorable picture of the proposal moment, the couple recurred the best moment of their life.  Garrett described the memory of Blake getting down on one knee--looking all loved, excited and nervous--still remains fresh on his mind. 

Furthermore, the 27-year-old actor claims that since the day of getting engaged, their life is filled with joy and laughter.

Relationship With Girlfriend

Well, the now-openly gay actor was previously linked with multiple female partners!

The Hairspray Live! star, Garrett Clayton was romantically linked with the fellow former Disney Channel star, Claudie Lee, back in the year 2013. There were also some sparks between Garrett and Claudia, who were also seen in Union J's new music video for "Carry You."

The rumored love-bird stepped out together for Variety's 2013 'Power of Youth' at Universal Studios. According to the source, Garrett and Claudia were also spotted shopping together in Santa Monica before the screening of Kick-Ass 2.

In the same year, he was seen leaving Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood holding his hands with his girlfriend, Claudia.

Their blossoming relationship was not hidden from anyone. Claudia even took her actor-boyfriend, Garrett, to meet her father. Talking about the meeting to sheknows back in August 2013, she said,

  "My dad is pretty intimidating... he has a Polish accent, and sometimes when he says things people don't know how to take it."

Furthermore, Claudia added,

"so Garrett was pretty scared to meet him. It was so cute!"

Well, Garrett's mother also accompanied on the dinner date of the young couple. They took pictures together and later, their images were viral on the social networking sites.

Aside from their closeness, Garrett and Claudia's dating relationship could not last long. They parted their ways secretly by not revealing anything about their separation. As of now, the reason behind their silent breakup remains under wrap.

Lately, the actor has not been involved in any romantic relationship. In this regard, it looks like the Teen Beach Movie star is concerned about focusing more on his acting career.

Garrett, who stands tall at the height of 5' 10" (1.78 m), debuted in the acting industry with the role of Zombie in the 2008's movie, The Tower. He also had to learn 'Viennese waltz' and 'Samba' for the 2012's Lifetime movie, Holiday Spin. However, Garrett is mostly known for his role of Chase in the TV series, The Fosters (2014-2016).

Additionally, he is also famous for the role of Tanner in the 2013's Disney Channel Original Movie, Teen Beach Movie and its 2015's sequel, Teen Beach 2.
