The pair first met at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. They exchanged their wedding vows in 2008. 

Further, Huda and her Portuguese husband, Christopher, were blessed with a daughter and they named her Nour Giselle. 

In January 2019, the makeup artist admitted that she was on the verge of nearly getting a divorce because of her over-obsession with work. Her husband fell ill and spent two weeks in the hospital, which finally made Huda realize that family came first before anything else.
